Charleston Engagement Session | Rebecca + Adam

Last week, I photographed Rebecca and Adam’s Charleston engagement session and I seriously cannot get over how stinking adorable these two are! Between this gorgeous southern light and their adorable-ness, I literally was squealing with excitement during their session. Trust me, once you look at these photos I think you’ll be squealing with excitement too! They absolutely rocked it. Rebecca and Adam, enjoy this preview, can’t wait to show you them all!

We did their entire Charleston engagement session at a pretty random place in the woods. But set with this beautiful light, it became a seriously magical background. When looking for a spot for your portraits, it really doesn’t always have to be something particularly ‘special’. It’s amazing how seemingly ‘boring’ or even ‘ugly’ spots can turn into something SO gorgeous. That’s the magic of your photographers’ powers! It’s so important to give them your full trust, and part of what you’re hiring them for. Because they will know what will photograph like magic, and what won’t. But here is a list of the 10 most photogenic spots in Charleston.

Thank you so much to Adam and Rebecca for allowing me to photograph your Charleston engagement session! And happy engagement you two! You are truly a beautiful couple, and I wish nothing but the best for your future together. Enjoy your wedding day and these beautiful memories of this special time in your life.

“Two are better than one because they have agood reward for their hard work. For if one of them falls, the other can help his partner up. But what will happen to the one who falls with no one to help him up? Moreover, if two lie down together, they will stay warm, but how can just one keep warm? And someone may overpower one alone, but two together can take a stand against him. And a threefold cord cannot quickly be torn in two.” Ecc 4:9-12.
