In 2022, my little family and I moved to Savannah, GA! I am completely in love with the low country and was so inspired in my art. I re-launched my business full time and it is growing bigger than I ever expected in such a short time!

Georgia on my mind
My story is not like most. In fact I NEVER pictured myself in an artistic field. I was known in my family as more of the ‘brainy’ type. I knew I was the person who always had a camera whenever we went to functions, then decided to go all in and make it a career. I was completely clueless at what lay ahead, but I began chasing this dream of being a photographer.

Falling for Weddings
In December of 2011, I photographed my first wedding. I realized how much i just LOVED it. Prior to this I was working mainly with newborns, babies and families. And while I loved that, weddings just captivated my heart in an inexplicable way. More than anything I was a small piece of this incredible love story. The joy was overwhelming.
Over the next 6 years, I worked in many photography niches. I focused on developing my skill in weddings (even working for a high volume wedding company!) and 2017 was the year I decided to relocate to the south to Charleston, South Carolina and rebuild my business there. But life had other plans for me, as I shortly thereafter fell in love and moved to Texas.

Time for a change
Life changed in the best way imaginable and I became a mama to our sweet son, Liam. I worked part time focusing on full time mommy-hood. I continued in the quiet moments of those days to focus very heavily on growing as an artist and entrepreneur in every way I could. I decided to only work weddings from this point forward. All of my education and time was devoted into sharpening my skills specifically for this niche.
