This sweet elopement at Forsyth Park in downtown Savannah was truly magical. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Emilie and Alex walked down the aisle scattered with rose petals and lanterns. It was a heartwarming ceremony filled with love and joy. I worked to capture every layered moment in all its beauty, creating an album that is truly captivating of their beautiful story.
This was truly one of the sweetest elopements! And I have to say, elopements just have a special place in my heart, because my husband and I eloped ourselves 🙂 I began at a local Airbnb to capture some getting ready moments of both Emilie and Alex, and then we made our way to Forsyth Park to do a first look moment followed by bride & groom portraits. The romantic setting of Forsyth Park added a touch of Lowcountry elegance to the occasion. After the ceremony, everyone headed to Cha Bella, a beautiful farm to table restaurant in downtown Savannah for a dinner celebration. A day bottled into perfection!
